Pros

- It's a fun team to work with. Everyone is supportive, open minded, and collaborative. - Everyone feels like they are contributing towards our greater goal and can make an impact here. - There are opportunities for growth. The leadership team supports and provides opportunities to learn and develop new skills. - The company culture encourages sharing your ideas and creativity, making it an exciting place to work.

Cons

- Similar to any startup, priorities and tasks can change frequently, which can sometimes make it hard to see how these shifts align with our overall goals. Leadership is improving in this area on how they share these shifts with the team, but there is still room for improvement - Not really a con, if you like a start-up mentality and fast paced culture, however, if you are not used to to a fast paced environment, it might be a steep learning curve and a bit challenging to adjust. - Balancing work and life can be challenging sometimes due to the small team and the volume of work to be done.

Pros

- Clear sense of direction about where the company is headed - Highly skilled and very smart teammates across all functions - Fast moving and demanding but in a way that is sustainable - Very strategic but also user centric approach to product development meaning that you can see the impact of your work in a short amount of time most of the time

Cons

- Being a startup, it's always very fast paced which can be unsettling for some - There's very little room for technical experimentation unless it completely aligns with product priorities

Pros

Fast-paced startup environment with a talented team and lots of interesting projects. People are collaborative and care about what they’re building.

Cons

Like most startups, priorities can change quickly, so you need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. Sometimes there are long days, especially around launches or big projects.
