Pros
insurance is great and the cost is low, you could literally set the place ablaze and they will continue to let you work there, because nobody wants the job. If you are smart, you can play this to your advantage.
Cons
corporate red tape everywhere, racism, sexism, poor work life balance, lazy and undereducated management, toxic working environment, corporate over promising and under delivery, management tries to guilt trip/intimdiate you in to working insane amounts of time while leaving for the day without informing you. Mgmt refuses to get supplies like pens, pallets or every day items that make work possible/more efficient.
