      Good for employees who seek to gain experience in offshore Oil and Gas industry. Especially employees with experience between 5 to.10 years. Salary will be given as per committed norms.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Need to improve the executing system methodology. No recognition for talented personnel and expectation on Increments and Bonus are a night mare.
