Pros
- Great atmosphere - Everyone is good and nice, from installers to the boss - Lots of opportunities to learn if your willing to show initiative - Really enjoyable company to work at and management is very responsive to your needs. You will not be just a number here but rather a valued individual
Cons
- Not much except it's quite hard to transition to another position unless you've the background and/or experience.
