I'm very sorry that you feel this way. You were warned several times about your behavior and performance and when we re-structured the business, unfortunately, you were made redundant. We gave you notice and we paid you full compensation. It's disappointing that you were unable to take constructive criticism and make it to work regularly and on time. Now that you are making false reviews, it just proves that we were right to let you go.
