Pros
Working for Control Tech has provided me with a fantastic work/life balance. The company is very flexible and accommodating especially when it comes to family. The management team works hard and is always open for discussion/suggestions. There is very low turn over and employee morale is high. I would highly recommend this employer for anyone wanting to work in a caring, friendly, and respectful environment.
Cons
I think it would be beneficial if Control Tech promoted and/or provided more opportunity for education and training for all administrative staff.
