Weekend RN Supervisor - RN Supervisor Convacare Employee Review

Very unprofessional working environment. The DON is absolutely unprofessional with the staff. The aides are neglectful, disrespectful and demeaning to the residents. The facility is run down, filthy and has termite and bed bug infestations as well as roaches in the kitchen. The residents are fed in paper plates and treated horribly by the LVN's and aides.
