The cons are so numerous I don’t know where to begin. The company intentionally misleads its clients on the services they offer; while outsourcing shipping to the lowest and most unprofessional vendors in the business. The end result is a plethora of livid clients promised a service that the company can’t deliver on. You’ll spend the majority of your time apologizing to clients for the endless shipping and logistics calamities without any support from upper management.
Leadership is non-existent across the board, and the ethos that the company allegedly is founded on is a joke. It’s an environment rife with ineptitude, poor attitudes, atrocious communication styles, and zero work life balance.
The compensation and benefits certainly don’t measure up to the consistent ten hour days you’ll be working without overtime pay. Additionally, you’ll be required to take on tasks that are out of your job scope with zero regard for your already unbearable workload.
