      Great culture. Ability to work from home with some roles.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any at the moment. Growth can feel kind of turbulent. Company sometimes acts with a "start up" mentality rather than a larger company.

      Pros

      They push you to utilize your pto. The “we’re family” hits a little different when you have a team that actually cares. Ryan Simonetti is by far the best CEO I have ever met. Treats all employees like equal, very respectful and humble!

      Cons

      None really, probably former managers that are no longer with CHG.
