      1. some regions still have remote options 2. have budget on regional activities

      1. some teams in some regions are not allowed to work remotely due to morale issues, and there are concerns that some remote workers may not be putting in enough effort while working from home 2. structural changes are happening too frequently 3. upper management is focusing too much on the macro level 4. the organization of the regional activities is average

      Pretty transparent about the financials.

      Cons

      Functionally siloed with little/no cross-functional collaboration which made for a very contentious environment with in-fighting and people were territorial. Management team is simply aiming for their earn-out. Don't really care about how they get it all done.
