      Rota is 11-10, 11-10, 9-7, 11-10 Team leaders don’t know the system 10 minute break 6 minutes for toilet time! Disgusting toilets Canteen smells No proper training so you basically wing it Being spied on by a man who literally is a stat watcher (why does this pencil neck get paid) Everything else

      was able to work remotely is a plus - training is good, if you have inquiries- recruitment department was able to address concern in a timely manner-

      Cons

      the account that was assigned to is sales - so monthly quota is stressful. Our account was unfortunately let go and the position is no longer available to they need to let go of us
