Great Co-Workers, wonderful employee discount for not just converse, but NIKE and Hurley as well, great store management, (some over micro-managing but nothing too bad) fairly good start out pay.
Cons
Over micro-managing, stressful, schedule fluctuates, management turn over rate is high for the store i work at.
