Technology/Company : Conversocial definitely leads the industry in Social Customer Care. Social Care is growing rapidly and is becoming a massive support arm to so many companies. Large Enterprises like Hertz, Google, and Sprint have chosen Conversocial's platform to handle the large number of Social Inquiries they receive. Our technology is unlike anything on the market today which makes it so much fun to sell. It is refreshing to work for a company that is 100% focused and can predict the markets every move. Staff: Conversocial's team is comprised of extremely talented/energetic individuals. We are encouraged to help each other and bring new ideas to the table. Sales "wins" are not only credited to the individual sales rep but to an entire team (Sales Engineer, Account Managers, Product Team, Managers). This kind of credit and celebration really creates a self-less culture. Employees at Conversocial really do like each other and actually hang out after work hours. This is the first first company I have ever worked for where I feel like I am actually part of a family.

Conversocial is a true start-up so the only Con is constant change in process.
