We literally save lives with the work we do, which is pretty amazing when you look at other companies who focus only on making money. Everyone works together very well and seems to have the same goals in mind, which is supporting our external our customers and each other. The company is prepping for growth in the near future - which creates opportunities for all current and future employees. We have a very diverse culture too

Change can be hard for some people, we will be moving from the small family environment to a more corporate feel, but that doesn't have to be bad. I am excited for the future.

You can learn the way to not lead a business. Remote policy is nice.

Too many to count. It’s sad, because I believe this was truly a good business that has been systematically run into the ground. New management has hurt the employees and customers alike. Do not take a job at this company. Seriously.
