Pros

Great exposure to real world NLP and conversational AI. The team is incredibly supportive and encourages interns to take ownership of their ML models. There is a steep but excellent learning curve, and you get to work on actual production level problems rather than just sandbox projects.

Cons

The fast paced startup environment means you have to learn and adapt very quickly on the job. The workload can sometimes be demanding with tight deadlines for new feature rollouts, which might feel overwhelming initially.
