Honest or fake? Tough decision. - Anonymous employee Conway, Inc. Employee Review

All employees were asked to write a review. I thought about this for a few days trying to decide if I should write an honest review (which could get me fired) or write what they want to see. I chose to write an honest review because if not it defeats the entire purpose of this site. I think if you read the reviews already posted you will get an accurate description of the company. If you asked a few of the members of the management team (President’s Pawns) and the President himself, they would say “disgruntled employees wrote the reviews.” I would beg to differ. It is a family owned business and employees are not treated equally. Several employees who are the President’s favorites get special treatment. The others that do their job with the company’s integrity in mind get nowhere. These actions of favoritism make for a very sad situation. When I started working at this company, it was a great place to work. I would say that within the past 5+/- years that the company has slowly started to decline. I believe this is because of the President. The company has had a 50% +/- turnover in staff over the past several years. Most of the turnover staff had been with the company over a year or more. The dedicated employees that are still employed at the company have been around for a long time and are hoping things will turn around.
