Awful place to work - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Conway Manor Employee Review

Some of the doctors that come in are amazing! They really care. Some of the staff is amazing. They have recently started to do activities for the staff.

Pay is too low for the job, they ask you to do unsafe things for the pts, some of the unit managers bully the staff, understaffed, when advocating for patients it gets ignored

The residents were a pleasure to work with.

Management was rude and didn’t care about workers.
