      Pros

      Decent pay along with a nice but very small office Work-life balance was not the best but better than a lot of startups

      Cons

      Leadership/senior management were misaligned on the product vision leading to a very chaotic workspace. Encountered casual sexism and racism in multiple occasions. Leadership were not very transparent regarding their company vision Employees were berated in large meetings at times leading to a low morale Bangalore office did not have a HR to talk to at any point. Only point of contact for grievances was the CEO

      CONXAI is targeting their AI expertise at the Construction industry, which presents a massive growth opportunity. They are bringing in the talent, domain expertise, and knowledge that any successful startup requires. Company leadership is very focused, and expectations are high.

      Need to be up for the challenge of a rapidly growing startup. You need to be confident in your skills, able to solve problems, and be able to go out of your comfort zone. Expectations are high.
