its nice to be able to choose a 10 hour shift or a 8 hour shift. a decent amount of paid time off after about 5 years.
Cons
way to much favoritism and secrecy. hourly wages way to low even for the area. basically no chance for better opportunities. turnover rate excessively high. little to no respect. hr only there to protect management not hourly employees. production workers discouraged from offering input or suggestions.
