Pros
Great benefits. direct management( leaders, supervisors) are easy to work with.
Cons
Pay is not the best. Its great with Overtime bonuses. Some upper management(operation managers) are megalomaniacs and micro manage because they don't know how to manage people otherwise. This is due to people outside operations getting hired into these positions.
