Krystal running the office Favoritism is rapid Rules made up on the fly, not all enforced onto everyone and sometimes theyd just forget rules they made up No organization No proper training No proper knowledge between most higher ups and definitely not in the office They will blame you for things out of your control and base your work quality off things that are out of your control as well Management will lie to cover themselves resulting in major issues for the regular employees Unrealistic expectations Unreliable information from management to higher ups For some reason stuck operating the business in a 1990 format No job security Only family members of management and family/friends of the owner will get promotions, cool opportunities, any days off they want, better benefits The list can literally just go on and on and on
