When you’re in the office on your birthday, you get a cake.

It’s a boys club in senior management. They lack diversity and inclusion within their team. Majority are middle aged white males hiring their friends to keep the circle tight, working closely with a male dominated family owned business. There has also been sexual jokes and banta made from Management in a public forum when the Director is not around. This is not acceptable behaviour.

Many of the staff are are 10 years plus or approaching. Generally a great company to work for.

Not a lot of recognition for a job well done. Very little career progression opportunities within the company.
