Good insurance. Working on your own, training, vehicles are nice, family oriented, nice facilities, good equipment, 401k match, great reputation
Cons
Cooks used to be a great place to work! What is expected of you goes up, but pay somehow goes down. Office politics are rampant, and the soap opera like drama never stops! Management is poor from the top down! To sum it up, pay is below average, little to no chance for advancement, DRAMA filled workplace.
