Cons are for customers when one customer pays 800 for a service and the next customer getting the same service vents moisture barrier etc has to pay 1800 because the inspector thinks they got money or are poor. They use God for a selling advantage. Techs that make production don't get paid for service calls nor meetings etc that happen 2-3 times a week no matter how far away you live. Some days I drive 3-4 hours a day make 70-90 bucks that day terrible.
