Great Products and Service, Boss/Owner is clueless - Manager Cool Neon Employee Review

Company is run terribly. The website is terrible, employees have no opinion, and any constructive criticism is handled by that employee getting fired. I managed here for 6.5 years, saw this happen multiple time other employees, until I too spoke up and came to work to have the locks on the office changed. I had to bring the employer to a Unemployment hearing because he claims I "voluntarily quit"
