Pros

Each day has a new problem and it never gets boring or old. Allows you to learn a lot really fast.

Cons

Former CEO was all talk and only cared about himself and spending money to make himself look good. Working with him was like working with a slimy car salesperson. New CEO is all-business and doesn't care about the employees that were already there before her. She's just replacing everyone with her people. Employees are paid below market and merit increases and bonuses have been non-existent the past couple years and even when they did exist, it was pretty much nothing. Career advancement is basically non-existent if you're in a corporate/administrative position. There was no work/life balance. I felt like I couldn't take vacation the last 3 years I worked there. Everything is a fire drill and needed to be done yesterday but every department needs to run lean.

Pros

Average day is 12 hours a day with next to no support from management. Alot of the techs are really green and cause more harm than good. The good techs carried the . Alot of secrets, lies and ghost policies that are always changing. I was their top productive tech but when I put my notice in, they wouldnt pay vacation out and abrubtly terminated me. I tried to give hr feedback to improve but no respondes. I worked out of mn, so other branched may be different. 0/10
