      Pros

      All employees share the same fate, so it kinda bonds everyone.

      Cons

      The owner and actual CEO is a... difficult person. He micro-manages in ways that obstruct your work, he treats the employees like garbage, in an aggressive, bullying kind of demeanor, and being the one to decide, he will overrule your opinion even if he knows nothing about this field.

      1. Very stable, you feel you can trust it to be your home for the long run. 2. Invest in employees development (on the job training, courses etc.). 3. Great benefits - 100% remote work, company events and trips, nice presents.

      Cons

      Nothing special. Some projects with tight schedule, but not different than other companies I know.
