      Pros

      Payroll on time. Sometime you can use a new technology. It's a good place as entrance to Hi-Tech, after you got experience run as fast as possible.

      Cons

      To many politic games. Everything is moved by mood of the owner.

      Pros

      1. Very stable, you feel you can trust it to be your home for the long run. 2. Invest in employees development (on the job training, courses etc.). 3. Great benefits - 100% remote work, company events and trips, nice presents.

      Cons

      Nothing special. Some projects with tight schedule, but not different than other companies I know.
