Okay for a short while - UX Designer Coolblue Employee Review

The company doesn’t believe in doing proper User Research (and with the company I mean Pieter) so working here as a UX designer is very difficult. There is a core group of people that have worked their way up with some politics involved which made me not feel part of this company. The core feels a bit toxic. The pay is low and once you’re in there’s no change of getting a really good pay raise again. This is also their culture a bit because they believe in fresh faces to come in every year. So I would only suggest working here for 1 year or maybe two.
