      High salary, great people, and amazing opportunities to learn and enhance your practice.

      Cons

      Lots of time required, with little work-life balance. However, you should not be surprised at this and if you are at Cooley it is for a sprint, and not necessarily long-term.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
