Pros
The leadership and transparency is where this place separates it self for other working environment. Everyone handles each other with respect while having conversations that not only creates change and understanding but represents what life looks like in the real world. Their heavy on mental awareness and creating opportunities to promote physical exercise.
Cons
Like any thing in life Cooley not with out it flaws. We're currently in the process of exploring social biasess. I will say Cooley is dedicated real resources towards having the tough conversation while making real change in the community.
