      Management and attorneys are very friendly and professional. Compensation and benefits are incredible.

      Cons

      Stress and burnout is high. Workloads are high and management keeps adding and shifting responsibilities without adjusting workloads to compensate.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
