      Cooley is generally good for an American law firm (nice people, diverse staff).

      Cons

      The management sometimes decide to fire people, without communication to the team, hence creating a toxic atmosphere within the firm.

      Free lunch and snack bar

      Cons

      Some offices have awful open layouts and cubicle like associate seating. I also experienced a lot of turnover and instability under the new CEO.
