Overall, the law firm is generous but with themselves only, They treat their lower staff and legal vendors like dirt under their shoes. They all think they are better than everyone else and they talk really bad about their client's behind their backs. Senior management are completely clueless and allow their middle management dummies to do all their thinking. No business minds here, only self perpetuating snobs
