The leadership lacks diversity and it echoes throughout everything. I was only ever paid on time once in my 6 months, and I ultimately terminated the relationship for it. The person who issues checks once let me know to let her know if my financial situation ever became dire and she'd move money around to get me paid. A manager offered to write me personal checks to cover the amount because he needed me to continue working there. Three contractors let me know that their experiences were the same. Interns are unpaid. Nepotism is generally not favored among teams, and 4 people share the same last name.
