      Pros

      Nervous on day one, but they were quite welcoming. Issued company shirts. Assigned to a co-worker who was extremely insightful. Management was friendly and ensured I had everything I needed to get off to a quick start

      Cons

      General car dealership pre-conceived notions. But the Group does provide legitimate career opportunities with strong pay plans. This can be a rock steady career with high income. Only reason I left was to finish college full time.

      Innovative outlook on the industry. Great training programs. Established best practices, procedures and processes make it easy to succeed. One of the top 10% Auto Groups in the Country.

      Cons

      In sales we work Saturdays but that is common practice for our Industry.
