Pros
There are some unbelievable workers who bust their buts day in and day out but rarely ever are they given the raise they deserve No matter how hard you goto bat for them
Cons
Upper management is brutal. They bring in friends who do not have a clue nor would they take any advise from anyone who’s actually worked for the company for more then a minute .Not sure how he still has a job here but guess it’s because he is friends with the top of the food chain. You also have other upper management that literary do nothing but walk around talking about stocks or video games. Plus you have those other ones who are nosy and as soon as they hear something run right back to that to upper team. This used to be a great company just 4 years ago. It’s a shame because there are some good people there
