Pros
The work life balance is great. Pretty flexible hybrid work, potential to opt-in to a 9/80 work schedule for every other Friday off. Good amount of vacation time.
Cons
The main headquarters is incoveniently located and badly maintained outside the sections that are most visible to visitors. Yearly layoffs for the past few years that seem to be implemented without a plan for how to continue work. The workload on remaining employees continues to increase with every layoff. Overall company morale has significantly declined. Lack of communication between business segments. Less than average salary.
