Pros
Friendly and collaborative environment, unlimited PTO, total transparency. I've never worked at a company that had so much open communication and support to excel. Not to mention they go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued member of the team and genuinely care about your wellbeing.
Cons
With so much going on, it can feel a little overwhelming at times, especially when clientele spreads over several cities. But again, if you use the management and rely on them, they're right there to steer you and support you. Nothing but positive things to share.
