Transition to 5th Generation Family Strategy Not Effective - Senior Six Sigma Black Belt CoorsTek Employee Review

I believe in the strategy that the 5th generation grandchildren are attempting but, unfortunately, they hired too many levels to help them execute their vision effectively. In the extended years I worked there the "Senior" employees, including middle and upper management, did not execute the changes necessary to develop the new strategies effectively.
