Lousy raises if you get one. Currently on a postponed merit raise as of March 2023 (July 2023) yet the company has been breaking records for the past 2 years. Crazy part is upper management saw this lull coming and yet still postponed our merits as if they did not prepare for this. PTO sucks (3 weeks which includes sick time). Revolving door of employees which they don't even fight for to keep and are willing to pay less for a temporary person which impacts quality, etc. When they do try to hire you, they deceive you with "less" responsibilities until you start at which point they start giving you a lot more tasks for the same or less money with crappy raise and bonus which isn't a guarantee yet it IS included in your starting salary package. Managemrt drink their own kool-aid as they are not realistic and don't fight for you no matter how good of a worker you are. If a manager has too many "exceeding employees" they will be asked from upper to reduce the assessment in order to not qualify too many increases. why am I still here? Local commute (best in my lifetime).
