Pros

They offer work from home to everyone.

Cons

1. When I joined the company the first thing they said was "People are the code for us"...BUT you might have heard the news already that they fired 130 plus employees without giving any reason and just said that the company is going through financial crisis. 2. Despite of being a startup they don't offer a satisifactory hike to more than 80% of their employees, generally they offer only 8% to 15% hike to most of the employees but still if you are lucky and you are doing good you might get an hike of more than 25%, which is rare but even I got more than 25% hike :) but still got fired...remember "Company Crisis" 3. Job Security : a big NO...there is no job security. 4. This place is not for those who prefer working in a structured as there is No particular process for anything, maybe because they are a remote organisation. 5. No space for talent. 6. I wish we could fire the CEO as well.

I got exposure to customers across a wide range of industries.

Cons

- If you enjoy constant chaos, this place delivers nonstop - The workload kept piling up, more accounts were dumped onto teams, and support never came close to keeping up - Endless promises about flexibility turned out to be completely dishonest once management started forcing policy changes without speaking to the people getting crushed by them - People built their lives and ruotines around remote work, then suddenly it was back to the office full time as if none of it mattered - The CEO always had sómething to say, but almost none of it helped the people carrying the actual workload - The owner and leadership team made unbelievably out of touch decisions, and everyone else was expected to absorb the damage and keep moving - No meaningful raises, less flexibility, more pressure and somehow employees were still expected to act grateful through all of it - Most people do not even last a yera here
