Cons
- Toxic working culture, especially within mother company CIP which reflects on COP. People are regularly shouted at or demeaned by senior management in public. Recommended to read the recently published Berlingske article investigating reports about a toxic working environment before you accept an offer.
- Leadership does not take care of its employees but mostly of itself. Results and performance are not rewarded unless you play the political game. Communication is intransparent
- Company has the tendency to hire lots of people when business is good, but without a long term plan. People are discarded just as easily if it suits leadership better when business is slow.
- In return for high pay, work pressure is high. No excuses are accepted, even if your kid is in the hospital or similar circumstances.
