      The usual bs; employee satisfaction is not consistently a priority. Internal politics just like any tech company. Overworked and underpaid. "Family" mentality.

      Flexible work /life balance at a times it was important for me.

      Cons

      Tried to go after 2 very different markets when it needed first to establish a strong foothold in one. Strategy changed frequently.
