Pros

If you're looking for a job that promises the world and delivers a dumpster fire instead, congratulations, you've found it! Working as a telehealth nurse here is like signing up for a spa day and ending up in a haunted house. From the get-go, you're sold on the idea of flexibility and meaningful work. But guess what? The only flexibility you'll find is in contorting yourself to fit into their ever-changing, morale-crushing micromanagement schemes. Oh, and let's not forget the bait-and-switch tactics they pull. You think you're signing up to make a real difference in people's lives, but what you get is a laundry list of administrative tasks and constantly shifting protocols that leave you wondering if you accidentally joined the circus instead of a healthcare team. And as for monetary incentives? Ha! You might as well be hunting for leprechaun gold at the end of a rainbow. They'll dangle the carrot of bonuses and raises in front of you like a cruel joke, only to snatch them away faster than you can say "where's my paycheck?" So, if you enjoy feeling like a pawn in someone else's twisted game of chess, by all means, sign up for this telehealth nurse job. But if you value your sanity, your time, and your dignity, run far, far away and never look back.

Cons

Did you read the rest? Run!!! Don’t let them stir that tea glass on you!!!!

Pros

Leaders truly value feedback and make an effort to implement changes when possible, which is refreshing. Managers are empowered to effectively lead their teams. Like many startups, there are some growing pains but their commitment to improvement and adaptability is clear. It’s exciting to be part of a workplace that listens to its employees and is continuously evolving. The focus is on providing excellent member care and making it a great place to work. Culture is great and nurses are appreciated. Leaders encourage work-life balance! Although it’s remote, you feel totally connected and have support from your peers if needed.

Cons

It’s a startup and it’s nursing. There is always going to be change. If you’re not flexible and adaptable, it’s probably not the place for you.
