All they care about is billing people's medicare and they want you to commit FRAUD. Do not go here if you value your nursing license. They take advantage of the elderly population. They also won't pay you fair. Nurses have been with the company over a year yet they start brand new nurses out at more than them. Their annual reviews may get you a raise of .80 cents at the most after working your butt off for them. I cannot say this enough... RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The current CMO over the nurses has NO idea what he is doing and cares nothing about the staff there. He is about as useless as they come. They don't value their nurses and all they care about is $$$! This place will shut down within a year if they keep this up with how they run things. It is NOT right!
