Pros
It has a "small town" feel, although Coppell is growing and not all that small. The district as a whole cares about its teachers, and the people who work here are great.
Cons
Like any district, they're limited on how much they can help teacher burn-out. Teaching is hard and the expectations given to us are unrealistic, but that isn't necessarily CISD's fault. We are overworked and underpaid, but compared to other districts, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
