      Pros

      - Working with good hearted people that care about you as a whole person! - Great leadership that wants to see you succeed and help you with a career path - A mission that is focused on making an impact and giving back - Amazing interdepartmental relationships that help to drive forward the mission of the company. - A super fun culture! I can't speak highly enough about working here. It seriously doesn't feel like a job because it's fun, challenging, and ever-changing, but doing good in the world at the same time! Do yourself a favor and send in an application :)

      Cons

      No real cons honestly. It is the start up world so you need to be adaptable to processes being ever-changing, but that's the fun part! It keeps you on your toes!

      Great leadership that provides consistent feedback and focus on macro and micro goals. Consistent opportunity for growth both professionally and personally

      Cant think of any I loved working here. The Fintech space is a challenging endeavor but I felt well supported the whole time.

      Pros

      - Remote work is amazing - On-sites are fun and creates solid team bonding - The work is very rewarding and you feel like you are making a difference in the new generation of teens - The fintech space is exciting to work in - Motivated employees who are exceptionally talented

      Cons

      - Never received feedback or given guidance/you are expected to magically know what to do next - Some of the employees are terrible to work with, rude and high ego driven (they don't understand the dynamics of a team) - They put the needs of their business over the needs of the customers - Very little direction from leadership makes the team do extra work with little recognition - Extremely overworked with little time to rest (frown on you for taking a vacation) - Unhealthy working environment - Benefits are not comparable to other start ups
