Pros

Mission - The company has a great mission to help kids succeed by learning financial skills that will help them build wealth over their lifetime. These are skills that are very important but not usually taught in schools. 
 Coworkers - Everyone is hardworking and fun to work with. (Slackers need not apply.) I genuinely enjoy my coworkers. 

 Leadership - Strong leadership team. Good communication and transparency. We have monthly all hands meetings to review company progress. Goals are clear and the reasoning behind them. Strategic direction and decision making is top notch. For example we accelerated and increased the size of our last fundraising round right before the market crashed so we would have enough runway.

Cons

Nothing really We are mostly remote. It would be nice to see my coworkers more in-person.

Great leadership that provides consistent feedback and focus on macro and micro goals. Consistent opportunity for growth both professionally and personally

Cons

Cant think of any I loved working here. The Fintech space is a challenging endeavor but I felt well supported the whole time.

Pros

- Remote work is amazing - On-sites are fun and creates solid team bonding - The work is very rewarding and you feel like you are making a difference in the new generation of teens - The fintech space is exciting to work in - Motivated employees who are exceptionally talented

Cons

- Never received feedback or given guidance/you are expected to magically know what to do next - Some of the employees are terrible to work with, rude and high ego driven (they don't understand the dynamics of a team) - They put the needs of their business over the needs of the customers - Very little direction from leadership makes the team do extra work with little recognition - Extremely overworked with little time to rest (frown on you for taking a vacation) - Unhealthy working environment - Benefits are not comparable to other start ups
