Amazing residents and aides are really helpful
Cons
Management will always back nurses, no matter how toxic or belittling. Had a nurse give me the silent treatment for hours on end, negatively impacting resident care, and went above and beyond to create a hostile work environment with the other nurses and aides. If I wanted to work with high school mean girls who are old enough to be grandparents, I would have sought a job at one.
